Looking for the best food at Epcot? The Artist’s Table Menu is 100% new for 2026. Here is our review of every single dish.

The 2026 Festival of the Arts has officially arrived at Epcot, and while many fans look for the return of familiar favorites, The American Adventure pavilion has decided to paint an entirely new picture this year. The Artist’s Table Menu has undergone a massive overhaul, swapping its staples for three brand-new, upscale offerings.

Traditionally, this Food Studio is known for above-average festival fare, but seeing a 100% new food lineup is a bold move for the festival’s “anchor” pavilion. We stopped by to see if these new additions live up to the high standards of the American Adventure. The Artist’s Table Menu has debuted three brand-new items, shifting its identity from “elevated home cooking” to a “boutique steakhouse” experience.
The Food Items

- Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad ($8.99): This dish features romaine and red oak lettuces, warmwater lobster, radish, and herbed breadcrumbs, all tossed in a house-made Caesar dressing. It is a refreshing, high-end take on a classic.
- Peppercorn-crusted Striploin ($9.29): Served with grilled asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and a rich au poivre butter. This is the “heavy hitter” of the booth, aiming for that signature steakhouse quality in a festival portion.
- Dark Chocolate Torte ($6.49): A decadent flourless chocolate cake accompanied by whipped cream and fresh raspberries. It’s a sophisticated, gluten-friendly end to the meal.
While it is surprising to see three brand-new items at the American food and beverage booth, the shift toward a “steakhouse” theme feels like a natural evolution for The Artist’s Table Menu. This new menu works as a festival version of a three-course meal at a steakhouse.
The Artist’s Table Menu Review

Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad – $8.99
This dish is a sophisticated upgrade to a park staple. It features a mix of romaine and red oak lettuces, topped with chunks of warmwater lobster and thinly sliced radishes. The herbed breadcrumbs add much-needed texture and flavor, and the house-made Caesar dressing is creamy without being overpowering. The lobster was tender, and the portion size felt solid for the price point. Still, most guests will prefer the lettuce to be more cut up. Additionally, some guests felt that the salad did not have enough lobster. Of course, if it had more lobster, then it would probably cost more than the steak. Nonetheless, this makes a great festival start to this mini-three-course meal.

Peppercorn-crusted Striploin – $9.29

This is clearly the star of The Artist’s Table Menu this year. The striploin is served with grilled asparagus, potatoes au gratin, and a rich au poivre butter. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-pink, and the au poivre butter added a luxurious, peppery finish that tied the whole plate together. The salty crust elevates these steak pieces prepared before your eyes. Yes, they have an outdoor grill with a chef preparing the striploin for all to see. Additionally, the potatoes au gratin were high-quality and soft, essentially a “Signature Dining” side dish served on an Epcot festival plate. Asparagus was also tender and well prepared.

Dark Chocolate Torte – $ 6.49

To round out the meal, the new Dark Chocolate Torte offers a gluten-friendly flourless chocolate cake served with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh raspberries. It is incredibly dense and rich, making it a perfect sharable dessert. Well, it could be shareable if the portion size were larger. Bear that in mind if you plan to share this sweet treat. While it lacks some of the “visual art” flair of other festival treats, the classic flavor profile is hard to beat.

This cake remains warm. Additionally, it avoids the potential dryness issue. The dessert balances flavors very well with this rich, sweet treat. The person in our group who claims not to enjoy chocolate devoured this cake because it was so good!
Ultimately, The Artist’s Table Menu has managed to pull off a rare feat for the 2026 Epcot International Festival of the Arts: successfully rebranding itself while maintaining its reputation for excellence. While it is surprising to see three brand-new items at the American food and beverage booth, the shift to a steakhouse-style lineup feels sophisticated and perfectly executed. Whether you are a fan of high-end seafood or a perfectly seared striploin, this stop at The American Adventure will be worth your time on your stroll around World Showcase.
