Mardi Gras Food Lineup Revealed at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has officially unveiled its Mardi Gras food lineup, bringing the flavors of New Orleans to the park with a wide selection of Cajun- and Creole–inspired dishes, classic desserts, and specialty beverages. Guests can enjoy this limited-time Mardi Gras Food offering at themed cabins located throughout the park. Mardi Gras food cabins will open at 12:00 p.m. on event days, giving guests plenty of time to sample the lineup.
Mardi Gras Food Lanyards Available

To make the most of the festival, guests can purchase Mardi Gras Food lanyards, which allow visitors to sample multiple items throughout the event. Lanyards include five items for $34.95. Eligible selections include entrées, desserts, beer, wine, and specialty beverages. Annual pass members will receive a six-item sampler for the same price. Additionally, guests purchasing four sampler lanyards will receive an additional discount.
