The Festival of the Arts is returning to Epcot from January 16th through February 23rd, and Disney Parks just gave us a mouth-watering preview. This year features a staggering 135 exclusive offerings, including 57 brand-new food and beverage items that prove cooking truly is a fine art.
New Culinary Masterpieces for 2026
Disney is blending classic flavors with stunning visual presentation for this year’s Festival of the Arts. Here are the standout items featured in the first look:
- Steakhouse Lobster Caesar Salad: Found at The Artist’s Table, this dish features warm water lobster, herb breadcrumbs, and house-made Caesar dressing.
- Figment Fantasy Cake: A must-try at Figment’s Inspiration Station, this sponge cake is filled with strawberry whipped cream and topped with white chocolate Figment wings.
- Sparkling Spectacle: Located at Deco Delights, this vanilla bean mousse features a golden caramel center and apricot jam on a hazelnut cookie.
- Boyd & Blair Espresso Martini: Also at Deco Delights, guests can enjoy this cocktail.
- Chapter 3 Tea Treat: A surreal chocolate pot de crème inspired by Alice in Wonderland, infused with Twinings Earl Grey and raspberry jam. This can be found at the Fictional Victuals food and beverage location.
- Croque Monsieur Inspired Grilled Cheese: A decadent savory option featuring Black Forest ham, Gruyère, and creamy Béchamel sauce. This will be found at Pop Eats!, served with tomato soup.
- Blanc de Bleu Cuvee Mousseux: This beverage, which comes with fruit juice-filled pearls, is also found at the Pop Eats! location.
