Salt & Straw officially rolls out its 2025 Holiday Flavor series on November 28, the day after Thanksgiving, marking the return of one of the most anticipated seasonal drops on property. While the ice cream shop has kept this year’s lineup tightly under wraps (no peeking allowed!), we do know that the Holiday Series traditionally brings some of the most imaginative, conversation-starting scoops of the entire year.
Fans visiting the Disney Springs location can expect the usual opening-weekend buzz, complete with lines curling out the door and guests debating which pints to bring home for December movie nights. The festive release typically the district.
Salt & Straw has a rich track record of dazzling fans with flavors that balance nostalgia, creativity, and over-the-top mix-ins.
