Disney’s Animal Kingdom has unleashed two wickedly fun new collectibles straight from the savanna. Fans of The Lion King are already scrambling to get their paws on them. The brand-new Scar Popcorn Bucket and Ed Hyena Sipper have been met with plenty of Instagram hype. We saw much longer than normal queues at Disney’s Animal Kingdom popcorn stands today. So, for Disney villains collectors and popcorn bucket enthusiasts, these may be the most exciting releases we’ve seen all season.
A Sinisterly Stylish Scar Popcorn Bucket
The Scar Popcorn Bucket finally gives the infamous villain his moment in the spotlight. The sculpture features Scar perched on a rocky outcropping with his classic smug expression, finished with eerie green accents inspired by the Elephant Graveyard. The lid opens from behind, preserving the silhouette while still providing ample room for popcorn refills. A themed carrying strap completes the design and makes it easy to show off around the park.
Ed Hyena Sipper Is All Laughs
To pair with Scar, the new Ed Hyena Sipper captures the character’s wild-eyed grin perfectly. The sculpt includes playful movable touches and a neon green straw that ties visually to Scar’s design. Guests are already calling this one of the most memorable sippers Disney has released this year.
