Del Dorado Chicken Menu

Looking for a cost-effective meal outside the Orlando area theme park? Del Taco offers a variety of options for you. This quick-service chain has numerous locations near Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort. Recenlty, Del Taco announced a new limted-time menu item.

Del Taco is taking flavor to a whole new level this fall with the debut of its Del Dorado Chicken Menu, available nationwide now through November 11. Known for its fresh-grilled chicken and fan-favorite crinkle-cut fries, the brand is stepping up its game with bold new ingredients, a crave-worthy Salsa Roja, and the return of spicy jack cheese.

The company claims that these are perfect for those on-the-go theme park days or late-night bites after a fun-filled adventure. The Del Dorado Chicken Menu is packed with layers of flavor that prove quick-service dining doesn’t have to sacrifice quality.

What’s on the Del Dorado Chicken Menu?

Every new item features freshly marinated chicken grilled daily in garlic, lime, and pepper. Paired with Del Taco’s new Salsa Roja (made with roasted tomatillos and smoky chipotle peppers) and the much-loved spicy jack cheese, these dishes are made to impress:

  • Del Dorado Chicken Epic Burrito – A flavor-loaded oversized burrito with marinated chicken, Salsa Roja, slow-cooked beans, spicy jack cheese, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, and wrapped up warm. (In Colorado, this is available as the Macho Burrito.)
  • Del Dorado Chicken Grilled Burrito – Featuring cilantro lime rice, pico de gallo, sour cream, and Salsa Roja, grilled to golden perfection.
  • The Del Dorado Chicken Taco – Topped with guacamole, shredded cabbage, Salsa Roja, spicy jack cheese, and a lime wedge for that fresh finish.
  • Del Dorado Chicken Quesadilla – Melted spicy jack cheese with chicken and Salsa Roja, folded and flat-grilled, served with sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
  • Del Dorado Chicken Crunchtada – A crispy corn shell layered with beans, Salsa Roja, chicken, spicy jack cheese, jalapeños, tomatoes, and sour cream.

And to top it off, Del Taco is bringing back its nostalgic Orange Cream Shake, a dreamy blend of vanilla ice cream and Fanta® Orange.

“At Del Taco, we’ve always been known for our freshly grilled chicken but we wanted to give our guests more of what they want,” said Sarah McAloon, interim president of Del Taco. “We developed a whole new line that delivers flavor on flavor by combining our already great tasting ingredients with our new Salsa Roja and Spicy Jack Cheese and gives our guests more of what they crave; a whole new level of flavor.”
