Crêpes À Emporter Epcot offers tasty quick-service bites, from béchamel cheese galettes to hazelnut chocolate crêpes—perfect for a snack stop.

If you’re strolling through the picturesque streets of the France Pavilion at Epcot, you’ll notice two La Crêperie de Paris options: the elegant table-service restaurant and its fast-casual sibling, Crêpes À Emporter. Think of it as the difference between a leisurely Parisian dinner and a grab-and-go pastry run with just enough charm to make you feel fancy. Unlike its table-service cousin, Crêpes À Emporter doesn’t offer white linens, attentive servers, or a calm, climate-controlled dining room. Instead, it offers convenience, quick bites, and a prime location near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

Dining at Crêpes À Emporter Epcot
This makes it an ideal place to sit waiting while your friends are shrunk down to the size of a mouse. Well, it would be ideal if there was adequate covered seating. The seating options for this quick servicesin comparison to its theme park counterpart in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter area of Universal Epic Universe. Still, we were not having a Bièraubeurre Crepe at Café L’air De La Sirène.
On this visit to Epcot, we were dining at Crêpes À Emporter by La Crêperie de Paris. During a recent visit, we decided to sample both a savory and a sweet option. First up: the Béchamel, Cheese & Ham Galette ($12.50). For anyone who hasn’t had the pleasure of a galette, here’s the distinction: while a crêpe is a thin, delicate pancake often served sweet, a galette is typically made with buckwheat flour, giving it a nuttier flavor, heartier texture, and the strength to hold savory fillings without falling apart.

Savory Galette: Béchamel, Cheese & Ham

Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, which makes the galette a slightly denser, more substantial option. The savory combination of béchamel, cheese, and ham is a classic French pairing. Béchamel, by the way, is one of the five “mother sauces” of French cuisine, a creamy, buttery sauce made from butter, flour, and milk that brings a smooth richness to any dish. In our galette, it melded beautifully with the melty cheese and ham, offering a satisfying texture and comforting flavor. Was it the best galette we’ve ever had? No. However, was it a decent, enjoyable option for a quick bite at Epcot? Absolutely.

Sweet Treat: Hazelnut & Chocolate Crêpes

For dessert, we indulged in the Housemade Hazelnut & Chocolate Spread Crêpe ($8.95). This was the thinner, sweeter sibling of the galette, perfect for anyone who can’t resist a bit of chocolatey decadence. The crêpe itself was soft and slightly chewy, folding the rich hazelnut spread into a delicate pocket of delight. Any hazelnut lover would likely nod approvingly at this one. Still, it’s not going to make you forget every other dessert in the park. It’s simply solid, satisfying, and enjoyable, with the convenience factor of not having to commit to a full table-service dessert.

Seating and Location: Near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Now, a quick note about seating: Crêpes À Emporter has very limited, uncovered seating. If the Florida sun is blazing or a sudden rain shower hits, you might be wishing for a Parisian terrace with an awning. That said, if you’re like us and don’t mind standing nearby or finding a quiet spot to enjoy your food, the location near Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is perfect. You can munch your galette or crêpe while watching friends and family prepare to shrink down to mouse-size in the attraction. It’s oddly satisfying to enjoy a bite of French cuisine while imagining you or people you know in a miniature version of Paris being chases just like the talented rat chef.
Should You Dine at Crêpes À Emporter Epcot?

So, what’s the verdict on Crêpes À Emporter Epcot? It’s a solid quick-service stop in Epcot’s France Pavilion. The galette provides a satisfying savory bite, thanks to the nutty buckwheat and creamy béchamel. The chocolate-hazelnut crêpe is a sweet, indulgent treat for dessert lovers. Nothing here is likely to make your top ten Walt Disney World dining list. However, nothing is bad either. In fact, it’s reliably decent, convenient, and perfectly positioned for a quick snack or a waiting spot near the Remy attraction.
if you’re short on time, want a small taste of France, or need a snack while your friends play rodent-sized adventurers, Crêpes À Emporter Epcot is a charming, low-pressure option. Just remember: bring sunscreen, a hat, or an umbrella, because seating is uncovered. Still, bring your appetite, because both the galette and the crêpe are worth a try. Not incredible, not bad—just a solid little slice of France in the middle of Epcot, served with a side of theme park whimsy.
